The seed of Blowin' In The Wind, which marked Dylan's debut in April 1962 (the song was published in may and recorded in july, although it was released on record only in 1963), had taken hold
Blowin' In The Wind was to become the prototype all songs of protest, the quintessential hymn of a pacifist America, a martial ode against the folly of war (the version by Peter, Paul & Mary became a hit in 1963)

When Boston’s self-titled album appeared in 1976, during the height of disco and the growing popularity of punk rock, the song “More Than a Feeling” seemed to be heard everywhere
The band’s style featured driving guitar work, the high-octane vocals of Brad Delp, layered melodies, catchy songs and a very polished sound that was more mechanical than emotional, more studied than visceral
Don’t Look Back came along two years later and seemed a virtual retread (especially the title song’s ripped-off riff from “More Than a Feeling”) except in its mood
The vocals soar around you and you realize that no matter how many times you hear the song, it will never turn stale
Next up comes "Peace Of Mind, " a slightly faster song with quicker vocals and another classic with great lyrics and guitars
It's almost impossible in this review to simply go through the songs, as each one is a hit
The only song that's not quite up to par on Boston is "Rock N Roll Band" which seems more like an echo of the surrounding songs
